We believe in the importance of getting your body + mind properly warmed up before training. Next, your Coach will go through The Run Down; verbally + visually giving form details and exercise options for the day’s programming.

This vital part of the session will help you move better so that you get stronger + stay healthy.

[THE RIG & BENCH ZONES]

We refer to ourselves as “Strength-Forward” since two-thirds or more of each session is focused on building STRENGTH through simple, effective + low impact exercises.

In our Strength Zones we utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, plyo boxes, medicine balls and your body weight to get you STRONGER!

1/3 OF THE SESSION

[THE climber ZONE]

One-third of each session features High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the zero impact VersaClimber. This safe, simple + highly effective machine will leave you breathless in seconds, leaving more time to focus on strength.

We provide the coaching, programming + supportive community to get your muscles, heart + mind STRONGER while keeping your joints feeling good.

TM Coaching

TRAIN Moment Coaches will give you 1-on-1 weight suggestions + form adjustments throughout the session to keep you progressing safely. We aim to educate you to feel confident in your movement inside + outside of our doors.

TM PROGRAMMING

TRAIN Moment Coaches implement cohesive programming that is thoughtfully curated to give you a well-rounded training program whether you train with us once or several times each week.

  • Every session is full body + compliments the other days of the week so that you can come to sessions that fit your weekly schedule.

  • Bi-weekly Programming: We repeat programming for 2 weeks allowing you to thoughtfully progress your effort by increasing weights, reps, and/or rounds in the 2nd week.

  • A unique feature at TRAIN Moment is our ability to train Vertical Pulling (pull ups / chin ups / banded pulldowns), and we pride ourselves in getting you to your first chin up + beyond.

TM CoMMUNITY

TRAIN Moment Coaches + Community help keep you accountable and challenge you, but it's always YOU vs YOU. Exercise is often as hard as you make it, and you can adjust as your body may need each day. Need to take a little more rest one day or pick up lighter weights + just move the next? We get it! But a central goal is to prepare + empower you to pick up weights that challenge you so that you can capture the amazing benefits of STRENGTH TRAINING.
