Membership Details

Membership Cancellation: Of course we hope to have you around FOREVER, but to cancel your recurring membership please email (listed below) at least 21 days before your next billing date. Your billing date can be found in your account. (Note: Membership must be active/unfrozen at time of request.)

Additional Member Sessions: Finish your credits before your billing cycle ends? We got you! Purchase Additional Member Sessions (Not the Drop-In or Guest Pass option!) and your membership specific discount rate will be applied in cart!

Guest Passes: Membership credits are NOT usable for guests, but members can purchase a Drop In / Guest Pass for a $5 discount automatically applied in cart. To book a guest, click on the desired session on the schedule, mark reserve for “Guest” and continue the booking process as normal.

Credit Usage: MEMBERSHIP CREDITS DO NOT ROLL OVER – get them in! Consistency is the key. (Prepaid Annual Membership Perk: Your credits are able to be used over the full course of your prepaid year.)

Membership Level Change: Please email (listed below) at least 3 days before your next billing date (this date can be found in your account) if you would like to change your membership level. (Note: Membership must be active/unfrozen at time of request.)

Membership Freeze (Recurring Memberships): Please email (listed below) at least 3 days before the start of your freeze to request your specific freeze and unfreeze dates (minimum of 14 day period). All Freezes must have an end date (per our system); on that end date your membership will automatically pick back up where it left off. This means that any remaining credits and/or days that you had at the start of your freeze will remain and your billing date will shift accordingly. (NOTE: Membership must be active/unfrozen for any of the membership adjustments detailed above.)

Membership Freeze (Prepaid Annual Memberships): Allows for 1 (one) membership freeze of up to a maximum of 30 consecutive calendar days. Please email (listed below) at least 7 days before the start of your freeze to request your specific freeze AND unfreeze dates. All Freezes must have an end date (per our system); on that end date your membership will automatically pick back up where it left off. This means that any remaining credits and/or days that you had at the start of your freeze will remain.
