Sarah Wille

Group Fitness Trainer

Sarah hails from Fraser, MI, a suburb of Detroit.  Attended college at the University of Michigan - Go Blue!  Moved to Chicago in 2006 and has lived all over the city.  She has been a runner her entire life (coming from a family of runners - "we are that crazy family that does 10ks the mornings of Thanksgiving and Christmas").  Ran track and cross country in high school and had a brief stint in college.

Sarah has completed 5 full marathons, countless half marathons, but her all-time favorite is obstacle course racing!  Sarah has accomplished about 15 Spartan Races and 2 Tough Mudders, and she doesn't plan on stopping.  Her favorite exercise is the deadlift.  Something most people don't know about Sarah - I graduated with a 4.21 GPA from high school, summa cum laude, and had enough credits from all my AP classes to start college as a sophomore. Coach Sarah is an ACE-certified group fitness trainer and has been teaching at Shred415 for 3 years now!
